I’m Cory Liu, a San Mateo-based Realtor and real estate advisor helping buyers, sellers, and families make confident, well-informed decisions in the ever-changing Bay Area market.
Before real estate, I spent many years in IT management, where I learned to manage complex systems, lead teams, and communicate clearly with people from all backgrounds. That experience taught me to stay calm under pressure and think strategically — skills that now help my clients navigate every step of the real estate process with structure, transparency, and confidence.
I was surrounded by real estate long before becoming an agent. My father has been a lifelong investor, and conversations about rentals, remodels, and property strategy were part of everyday life growing up. Later, I married into another family deeply rooted in real estate — agents, investors, and developers who all inspired and influenced me. Being immersed in this world for so many years gave me a wealth of hands-on experience and perspective long before I officially earned my license.
